John Lennon once said, “My role in society, or any artist’s or poet’s role, is to try and express what we all feel. Not to tell people how to feel. Not as a preacher, not as a leader, but as a reflection of us all.” There are a lot of reasons why I create art, and if I told you all of them this would be a hundred pages long. To keep it simple; I create art to make people feel something, but I think that’s the case with every artist. I would like to think that my art conveys who I am at the very core of my being. Sometimes it’s confusing, but I create what I want and express how I feel and for me it’s my greatest passion. Ever since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated with art, and the beauty of nature. There’s so much to derive from it all. Not to get too deep, but I think that peace will always need to have a place in my soul in order for me to create something that is meaningful to me or other people. I guess I don’t really know what my future will hold. I’m like every teenager starting their life; I thought I had it all figured out, but no matter where I go or who I become, art will forever be the thing that drives my soul. I’m in love with it, and I hope that whoever is reading this gets something out of what I created and I hope that you have found your greatest passion or will find it soon because I want everyone to experience what I experience when I create something.
May there be peace in your life and in your soul,
